Q: How long does it take for my account to be set up?
A: As soon as you complete the create account process, you can log into the TFX App Search service and begin searching for driver applications.
Q: Is the TFX App Search completely free?
A: You can create an account and search our database for free, but to view identifying information about the driver (full name, SSN, and contact information) you must purchase the application using one of your application credits. When you see that we have driver applications that meet your requirements, you can then buy application credits and use them to purchase the app in order to view the driver's full details.
Q: Is there a recurring/monthly charge for this service?
A: No, buying application credits is a one-time charge, and they can be used at your own leisure. When you run out of application credits, and need more driver apps, you can then make another one-time purchase for more application credits.
Q: How long will my account last?
A: Indefinitely. We may, however, remove accounts that have not been logged into for 1 year or those that haven't purchased application credits within 6 months of the account creation date.
Q: Do you offer refunds for unused application credits, or for whatever other reason?
A: No, we do not offer refunds of any sort, for any reason. You should only purchase application credits when you see that we have driver applications that meet your requirements.
Q: What if I purchased a driver's application, and he has already been hired?
A: We suggest sorting your search results using the driver's application "created date", so you can ensure getting newly submitted applications. We do not refund, or re-adjust application credits due to circumstances like these.
Q: What if I accidentally clicked the purchase button, do I get a refund?
A: Sorry, we cannot offer a refund for this reason. When you click the purchase application button, our system requires you to confirm your decision. We suggest being more careful when navigating our service.
Q: What if the driver's application information is incorrect or completely bogus?
A: We cannot control how a driver might input certain information, nor can we ensure that the application will be complete. Some drivers are unwilling to enter their social security number for security reasons. We are unable to review every application that is submitted each day or determine ourselves if their information is correct. You are purchasing these applications at your own risk.
Q: Why would I choose to become a member trucking company featured on TruckFLIX instead of just using the TFX App Search service?
A: Signing-up as a member trucking company allows greater visibility at TruckFLIX.com through use of your company profile page which can include a message to drivers using streaming audio and video. Member trucking companies also receive filtered driver applications in real-time, automatically sent through email. Filtered applications will ensure that your qualifications are met. Also, companies who have a large hiring area, and more relaxed driver requirements normally receive more applications for their money.
